All prices quoted on Collectors Emporium are Recommended Retail Price (RRP) or competitive pricing for which products can be purchased elsewhere. Products and pricing change frequently and we reserve the right to adjust our price accordingly, without prior notification.

All prices quoted on Collectors Emporium are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless the user is logged on using an International address, in which case the GST portion is taken from the cost.

International Shipments

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees payable.  As a registered business we are unable to ship international orders as a ‘gift’ and all shipments must be declared as ‘merchandise’.

Availability

We will make every effort to ensure that the information contained on our website is accurate. If a item you have purchased is not in stock or can not be purchased from suppliers, any money received for the item will be refunded in full.

Liability

Collectors Emporium makes every effort to ensure that the material on this website is free from error, however we do not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information on our website, including pictures, descriptions and prices. Collectors Emporium may use prototype images and will not be held responsible if the actual product varies from the released prototype image.

Pre-sale dates are a rough guide only, and shipping dates can vary from the written timeframe, therefore please take this into consideration before purchasing a Pre-Sale item.

Trade Shows and other Similar Events

Once an item has left our stall then the responsibility of care for that item lies solely upon the customer who purchased it. Collectors Emporium will not refund items damaged after the item/s have been purchased and in the customers care.

All Purchases made at Trade Shows and Events are final and non-refundable. Disputes must be made within 24 hours.
